What we collect when you visit this site or write to us, and what we do with it. The short version: only what we need to answer you, and we never sell it.

Vista Amada is our home in Genesee, Colorado, run by Mily & Danny through Vista Amada LLC, a Colorado company. When this page says “we,” it means us. Questions about your information? Write to hello@vistaamada.com.
When you fill out an inquiry form, you give us your name and email, plus anything else you choose to add: a phone number, the date and time you have in mind, how long you’d like, the occasion, how many people and pets are coming, and your message. We use it to answer you, plan your session, and keep a record of our bookings. That’s all.
Our forms are delivered by Formspree, a service that emails your message to us and keeps a copy in our Formspree account. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Both companies handle your message only to deliver and store it for us.
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising. We won’t add you to a mailing list. This site has no ads, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.
Like nearly every website, ours is hosted by a company, Cloudflare, that sees basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and keep the site secure. Our fonts come from Google Fonts, which also sees your IP address. If you choose a language from the menu, your browser remembers that choice on your own device so the site opens in that language next time. That choice is never sent to us.
Your photographer takes the photos, not us. We only share a photo from a session, here or on social media, with permission from the people in it.
Our Instagram and Pinterest links take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
We keep your messages as long as we need them to plan your session and for our business records. If you ask, we’ll delete them sooner, unless we need to keep something for tax or legal reasons.
You can ask to see what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email hello@vistaamada.com and we’ll take care of it promptly.
This site is for adults planning a session. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
