Built in 1973. Ours since 2020.
Our house sits on a mountain slope above Genesee, looking straight out at the Indian Peaks. A family built it in 1973 and lived here for 47 years before we bought it from them. There's a flagstone patio, a fire pit, a deck along the view, and 1.7 acres of ponderosa pine to wander.
It's our home, not an event hall, so it feels personal and relaxed. We still feel lucky every time the sun goes down behind those peaks, and we'd love to share it with you.
