Several looks, no driving

The open deck facing the peaks, the flagstone patio with its Adirondack chairs, and 1.7 acres of ponderosa forest and meadow. Your clients can walk between them in a minute or two.

Light you can plan around

The deck faces the Indian Peaks, so the sun goes behind them about 20 minutes before the official sunset. Our golden-hour checker shows the real window for any date.

Sunrise works too, when the first sun hits the snowy peaks

Private and easy to reach

Only your group books the property during your session. There's parking for about 12 cars up at the house, and the driveway is steep but straight. We're 3 minutes from I-70, exit 253.

Same rates for everyone: from $150 an hour, golden hour from $250 an hour, with a two-hour minimum. See all rates.

Running holiday or seasonal mini sessions? Book a longer block for back-to-back families. Tell us how many families and how long each one runs, and we'll quote the block.

Pets are welcome in the photos. Mountain weather changes fast, so here's how we handle rain and snow.

When clients ask us for a photographer, we share a short list of local photographers whose work we like. If you'd like to be on it, send us your website or Instagram.
